I am a Certified General Appraiser in Mississippi and Tennessee determined to provide outstanding quality, reporting accurate data and understandable reasoning in the development of credible value opinions. I take care in explaining the selection of data, adjustments made in comparison, and conclusions in analysis. Underwriters I have received feedback from say they appreciate the detailed narrative. I want my practice to measure up to the highest standards of excellence and ethics that meet or exceed USPAP, while also meeting the needs of the identified intended user(s).
While an Appraiser since 2004, I have been real estate broker since 1985, and the son of a life long real estate broker, with a family brokerage firm Nutt Auction and Realty Co. I wanted to expand my knowledge and services to the community by becoming an Appraiser in 2004. I am far from being a novice in real estate valuation.
I am FHA Approved, and also competent to perform REO, ERC, and Income Producing Property Appraisals. While I am a qualified Memphis TN FHA Appraiser, and meet the new certification requirements. I am also qualified to perform all other types of appraisals including FHA in my total coverage area listed above. I am not on the VA roster yet.
